02 Your next project

What would you like to make possible?

Whether you have detailed plans or an early idea, start with how you want your home to work for you.

Home extensions

We design and build extensions with new kitchens, utility rooms, dining rooms and bathrooms. Tell us where your current space falls short.

Basement conversions

Turn an underused basement into a functional room. Our previous projects include cinema rooms, gyms, play rooms and entirely new flats.

Loft conversions

Make dusty attic space part of everyday life with modern bedrooms and bathrooms filled with natural light. Share your loft conversion ideas with us.

03 Before we talk

A useful starting point.

You do not need every answer to start a conversation. A short outline of your home, your priorities and the changes you are considering is a helpful first step.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Tell us your property location, the type of work you are considering and what you want to achieve. An approximate budget, preferred timing and any drawings or photographs you already have can help give the conversation a clearer starting point.

Can I get in touch before I have plans?

Yes. Get in touch to discuss your ideas, whether you are exploring an extension, a basement conversion or a new loft room. Explain what is not working in your home and what you would like to change.

How much does a loft conversion cost?

The cost depends on the roof structure, available space, access, proposed layout and level of finish. A bedroom with an en suite has different requirements from a single open room. Share your plans or initial ideas so we can discuss your project rather than a generic figure.

Does an attic conversion need planning permission?

Some loft conversions may fall within permitted development rights, while others require planning permission. The property, proposed roof changes and local restrictions all matter. Building regulations are a separate consideration. Let us know if you already have drawings or any planning decisions to discuss.
